Frequently asked questions

How long does the application take?

Filling in the online form takes about five minutes if you have your documents ready. After you pay the application fee, the university reviews your application within a few days.

What does a semester cost?

Tuition depends on your university in Bali and the country of your home university. All current fees are listed on Fees & Payments. There is also a one-off application fee.

Do I need a visa?

Yes, you need a student visa (E30). The university sponsors it through its International Office; you pay the visa fee together with the tuition fee, in one invoice. See the visa guide.

Can I cancel my application?

Yes. Depending on when you cancel, you get up to 100% of your tuition fee back. The visa fee cannot be refunded once the application deadline has passed. Details on Fees & Payments.
