In order to apply for a student visa you need to submit your letter of enrollment from Udayana University to the Indonesian embassy. Depending on your application option, there are certain timeframes in which you’ll receive the letter. Udayana University issues letters of enrollment only at three possible timeframes, depending on these options. The University does not issue letters of enrollment outside or before these timeframes. If you are late with the payment of the tuition fees you’ll be assigned automatically to the next possible option.
