Selamat malam guys
I am really late but I will tell you what I did today.
Well ok…first I went out for breakfast in my favourite café which is called Hungry Bird. It is located in Canggu and a very small and cute café. At Hungry Bird you can have the best Pancakes in Bali 😉 and the best smoothies and shakes of course.
Yes….the food is fantastic and it is not very expensive. So today I went there with my roommate to not only have a delicious breakfast but to plan our break which starts in two weeks. It is really difficult to decide where to go because there are so many interesting countries around you. First we wanted to do a road trip through Australia but finally we decided to travel to Malaysia and Thailand. You have so many opportunities to go you don´t know what to do first because you want to see everything anyway. Can´t wait for the break…yuhuu
Later on we drove to Nusa Dua. It took about 40 minutes with a “calm” traffic. We drove over a very long bridge and suddenly I thought I am on another Island. That was not normal. Compared to Kerobokan, Seminyak and Kuta Nusa Dua was so clean and green and simply beautiful. This is how I imagined whole Bali. Anyway….we cheeky girls arrived at Nusa Dua and had no plan where to go. But we saw all the giant hotels and so we decided to be brashly. We went to one of the hotels and walked in straight away to their private beach like we were guests of the hotel….hihi and now you can imagine how our afternoon was :D. One of the security guards asked us why we don´t have the towels of the hotel and so my mate went to the reception to pick them up and told them a randomly room number. Afterwards they didn’t say anything and just let us hanging around there like hotel guests….sooooo cheeky but come on we are young people, we need that kind of thrill and fun It was really calm and the beach was pretty much empty and their even were Beach cleaners. Have you ever seen Beach cleaners? Impressive!
At night we went to Canggu to Deus Ex Machina which is a Restaurant and Bar.
There is also a shop where you can buy some really nice stuff like Deus clothes, surfboards, motorbikes and other accessories. And every Sunday there is live music. It is an Australian brand, this is why you meet a lot of Australian people and less locals. But at the surfing contest they do, the locals are heading. We had a really nice time there tonight and psst this is the reason why I´m posting that late…
Have a good night guys.
