Selamat! Midterm holidays have come! Now we have plenty of time to EXPLORE! Many of us have gone to visit one island of Indonesian archipelago: Java, Lombok and Gilis, Sumbawa (exhort you to visit, wild, wild place!). Others gone to Australia, cause it’s quite close, only about 4 hours flight to Perth. I have also some plans, except and including surfing, of course. A few days ago some of my friends and I have visited the Water Blow in Nusa Dua area. Oh God that was astonishing! While watching the huge masses of water beating the rock, in this very moment you realize the power of element, how it can wipe everything off the face of the Earth. We are lucky to have an opportunity to ride on it, to swim in it and simply to have it in our common use.
Then we move to Niang-Niang beach. My friend knows the secret path to the rock over the beach to see the whole area from the bird’s eye view. When we got to it and see it all, it seems like the world is made of waves, I’ve never seen something more amazing like that.
By the end of this drop-dead day we came to warung Made in the Jimbaran area, it is standing on Jalan Uluwatu. Ask the locals to find it, you won’t regret if you eat there, super delicious! It’s the first warung in the Bukit area with unbelievable food!
So, that is how my holidays have begun, later I’m planning to go in surftrip to mysterious Balian to the west of Bali… the next post will be about it! See ya!
