Online Application Procedure

Review the processes below to help you prepare to apply, complete the application process and find out what happens during the review.

myUNUD student self service system will guide you through your the process and always tell you what to do next.

After applying you’ll automatically get your own myUNUD account. With your account you can do all payments, it tells you what you need to do next and always keeps you updated about your status. During the semester you can track your attendance, change your data or see your schedule. After the semester you can see your grades and print your certificate.

Choose your concentration and courses.

After you have read the course description carefully, you need to choose one of the concentrations and your courses. If you change your mind later, you can still change the concentration and courses until the end of the regular registration period. Thereafter, a change is no longer possible. To make changes in your selection login to your myUNUD account.

Depending on when you like to fly to Bali, there are different application options. For each option, you get your documents for the visa and the like at different times. Please note that some options cost extra for the separate processing.

Watch your email

After you apply, we’ll start communicating with you through email. Check your inbox for your application confirmation email. Confirm your email address and activate your myUNUD account. If  you can’t find the email in your inbox please check your spam or junk mail folder before contacting us.

Log in to myUNUD

Log in to your myUNUD account, check your “To Do List” and “Application Status” sections for any updates. myUNUD also provides you with email and sms notifications about status changes.


Pay Application Fee

To pay your application fee you need to log ion to your myUNUD account and follow the instructions. myUNUD offers three different online payment methods such as Credit Card, PayPal and GlobalPay for students. The application fee is payable within 14 days after application. This fee is neither refundable in case of admittance nor in case of non-admittance.
